RIP Sweet Jordan

We would never have dreamed when we brought 'Jordan' home that he would soon take the show scene by storm.  Not a confident baby to begin with but we soon formed a partnership that lasted for many years in the showring and enjoyed top honours through all his age groups.

'Jordan' is the FIRST New Zealand bred Grand Champion shih tzu (attaining his Grand Title in February 2000) and the only New Zealand bred Grand Champion shih tzu to have won all of his 'Best in Show' wins under overseas judges. 

His awards are far too numerous to list. 

He is the sire, grand sire and great grand sire of Best in Show winning progeny at All Breed Championship Show level.    'Trey' his 13 month old son just won Reserve Best in Show (All Breeds).

'Jordan' was retired on a Best in Show win at about 6.5 years and has lived the life of a couch potato ever since.

'Brooke' age 9 months

'Brooke' has done it all, winning Best in Show All Breeds at the tender age of 12.5 months under Mr J Rowton (Canada) and then proving she can produce a Reserve Best in Show winning daughter who won Reserve Best in Show and  Best Puppy in Show All Breeds at the very young age of 8.5 months.
